Pastor Scott Bandy                    

Scott was born on July 15, 1969.  He was brought up in a good, Christian home, but did not accept Christ until later on in life. He moved from Baltimore, Maryland back to the Charleston area in 1989 where he met and married his wife LeAnn. After LeAnn rededicated her life back to Christ, her testimony influenced Scott come to know Christ as his Savior in 1991.

After serving in various capacities at Twin City Bible Church, Scott and LeAnn left for Ambassador Baptist College in Shelby, NC, in 1995. After graduation in 2000, Scott served as an assistant pastor, youth pastor and missionary-pastor in Ireland before returning to Twin City Bible Church to be our senior pastor in September of 2008.

Scott’s favorite passage of scripture is Psalm 63.  His desire is to seek God with his whole heart, serve his family as a godly husband and dad and serve the flock at Twin City that God has so graciously called him to in Nitro, WV, with all his heart and mind.

   Pastor Brandon Hudson

Brandon was born on June 2, 1981 and trusted Christ as his Savior at the age of 12 after several years of doubts and struggles.  He met his wife Sarah while working together as camp counselors at Southland Christian Camp.  Brandon and Sarah were married July 10, 2004, and have been in ministry together since then. He graduated Maranatha Baptist Bible College in 2004 with a major in Biblical Studies. The Lord directed Brandon and Sarah to Twin City Bible Church in 2005 where he has served as Youth Pastor and in several other areas. Brandon’s favorite passage is John 15:4-5, and he meditates often on the truth that without Christ he can do nothing. 

Assistant Pastor Ray Witmer III

Ray grew up  in Morgantown, West Virginia where he accepted Christ as his Savior at age 9.  He attended Bob Jones University and graduated in 1986 with a Bachelors’ degree in Bible and church administration.  After graduating, he continued at Bob Jones University for his seminary training.  His graduate work is in counseling and he has been a nationally certified Biblical counselor.

In 1987 he married his college sweetheart Rhonda and together they have four beautiful daughters: Rachel, Rebecca, RuthAnna & Rylee.   Ray pastored the Faith Bible Church in Williamstown, WV. for 18 years, first as youth pastor and then as senior pastor.   He was a charter member of the Wood County Christian school board and is also the current president of Country Wide Prison Ministry.   We are pleased that the Lord has led his family to Twin City in June of 2011, where he  serves as Assistant to the Pastor in Counseling and Administration.  Ray’s favorite passage of Scripture is Philippians chapter 2: “let this mind be in you…”

Music Director Ben Price

Ben Price has served as the music director at Twin City since the fall of 2004.  He has a B.A. in Music Education from Glenville State College and a Masters in Trombone Performance from Ohio University.    Most importantly Ben was saved at the age of five but it was not until 2001 that he surrendered his heart to God’s complete control. Ben says “shortly after I allowed God to take full control I found doors opening up to me that I never would have dreamed possible.  God in His mercy has allowed me to be involved with many ministries while at Twin City and I look forward to seeing God’s power at work in our church in the years to come.”

Church Secretary Susan Lewis

Susan (Raines) Lewis was born in Charleston, WV in 1954 and was born again on April 14, 1977.  After graduating from Appalachian Bible College in 1981, she met and married Gary Lewis in 1982.   Her ministry as a church secretary began in 1989.  She has served alongside with her husband, Gary, in various aspects of church ministries such as Christian Education, Visitation, Discipleship, Missions & orchestra.   Susan has been the church secretary at Twin City Bible Church since November, 2000. Susan’s favorite verse of Scripture is: I Thess. 5:24 “Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.”
